Who are your clients?
Entrepreneurs and small to mid-sized companies. French businesses opening in Thailand or Vietnam, and international businesses entering France. We work with business clients only.
Do you handle company registration and tax filings?
No. Legal, tax and accounting work is done by licensed professionals in each country. We prepare the plan, select the advisors and coordinate them so the steps happen in the right order.
How are fees set and paid?
Fixed price per project, or a monthly fee for launch management. 50% deposit on signature, balance on delivery, invoices payable within 15 days. EU clients are invoiced without VAT under the reverse-charge mechanism.
Can we meet in person?
Yes. Meetings are held by video call or on site in Bangkok, Ho Chi Minh City or France depending on the engagement.

Terms of service
- Services are provided by ARGAN LLC, Wyoming, USA, to business clients only, under a signed engagement letter.
- Fees are quoted in US dollars. 50% deposit on signature, balance on delivery, invoices payable within 15 days.
- EU clients are invoiced without VAT; the client self-assesses VAT under the reverse-charge mechanism where applicable.
- Payments are processed by a third-party provider. ARGAN LLC does not store card details.

Cancellation and refunds
Either party may end an engagement by written notice. The client pays for work completed up to that date and any unused part of the deposit is refunded within 10 business days. A deposit is refunded in full if the engagement is cancelled before work begins.
Privacy and scope
- Client information is confidential and used only to deliver the agreed services. We do not sell personal data.
- Clients may request access, correction or deletion of their data by email, including under the EU GDPR.
- ARGAN LLC does not provide legal, tax, accounting or investment advice. These are provided by licensed professionals engaged by the client.
